Makers app for iPad aims to showcase the skills and stories of craftspeople in an interactive and engaging digital format. User's may explore the story of a handmade object from the maker's inspiration and cultural influences to initial sketches and prototypes and the processes involved in crafting the finished piece. Using a combination of 3D graphics, animation, interactive video and rich photography the user is immersed in the environment of the maker's studio with plenty of opportunities to interact with the content.
